To customize, pick the color of the letter and enter the name and initials in the personalization box.

Timing of Production: 1-3 business days will be allotted for production. This will not start until you approve the design.

Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 days. Please note that due to COVID 19 pandemic, postal services are experiencing massive delays so we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Once we ship the product, we cannot control the delivery timing. If you want expedited shipping, message us.

Returns Policy:
For Customized Items: We are unable to accept returns on customized items.

For Non-Customized Items: Items must be returned back to us in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and in its original packaging. Please contact us for return shipping instructions.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty or the wrong items was sent to you, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide us with photos of the damage. We will send you the correct one or the new one once verified.
