Choose from 2 sizes (2.5” or 3.5”), glass or plastic ball. Ribbons may vary in color and designs.

Timing of production:
Production: 1-3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) will be allotted for production.

Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 days. Please note that due to COVID 19 pandemic, postal services are experiencing massive delays so we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Once we ship the product, we cannot control the delivery timing. If you want expedited shipping, message us.

Returns Policy:
For Customized Items: We are unable to accept returns on customized items.

For Non-Customized Items: Items must be returned back to us in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and in its original packaging. Please contact us for return shipping instructions.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. For custom items, once we sent the buyer proof of image, orders cannot be cancelled anymore.

Damaged or Wrong Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty or the wrong items was sent to you, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide us with photos of the damage. We will send you the correct one or the new one once verified.
